Acceptance of Terms

KYC Verification

gb99vip may request identity verification documents at any point. Circumstances that may trigger a KYC request include: first withdrawal request, large cumulative deposits, unusual account activity, or where required by platform integrity protocols. Accounts under investigation may have withdrawals suspended pending the outcome of the review. gb99vip's decisions on matters of account integrity are final subject to the dispute resolution process described below.

Game Rules & Dispute Resolution

Voluntary Closure by the Player

Before processing a voluntary closure, gb99vip will settle any outstanding bets, process any pending withdrawals to your verified payment account, and confirm your identity via KYC if not already completed. Self-Exclusion

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity suspected or confirmed in relation to the account.
• Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
• Chargebacks initiated against gb99vip by the account holder's payment provider.
• Discovery that the account holder is an employee or immediate family member of an employee of gb99vip or an associated software provider.
• Persistent abuse of the platform's bonus system.
• Any situation where gb99vip reasonably determines that continued provision of services to the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity, financial stability, or other players.

Where an account is closed by gb99vip due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance will be forfeited. The return of any remaining real-money balance will be considered on a case-by-case basis following the completion of any outstanding investigation, and at gb99vip's sole discretion.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by gb99vip — your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any outstanding bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game and sports rules. gb99vip will retain records of closed accounts in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.
